+Fill in the "[Pre-Registration Form|http://jslsweb.sakura.ne.jp/wp/?page_id=444&lang=en]"and register (send) it online. (__by June 20th, 2015__)

(We will automatically send you an initial confirmation notice by e-mail.)

+Pay the pre-registration fee listed below. (__by June 20th, 2015__)

*Note: Until you pay the pre-registration fee, your registration will not be complete.
*Student fee rate will be applied to those who send a copy of their student ID. (__by June 20th, 2015__). If you have already paid the JSLS membership fee as a student by __April 30th, 2015__, you do not need send your student ID.

3. After we receive your pre-registration fee, we will send you a second confirmation notice by e-mail.

* If you do not receive a second confirmation notice prior to the conference, please send us a confirmation request via e-mail to
