Poster Presentation Guidelines

Size

• A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm) or smaller.

Orientation

• Portrait (rather than landscape)

Posters are displayed on the mobile white boards.

• Two presenters share one board, side by side.

Notes

• We are able to provide adhesive tapes. (No pins, please. Magnets are OK.)
• Please put your posters on the board just before the poster sessions, right after the "Invited Symposium," which ends at 17:00.
• Please put away your posters right after the poster sessions. The room is to be used for the Reception from 18:30.

 Poster sessions: 17:15 - 18:15, Saturday, June 30th.
