JSLS2010 Registration

There are two ways of registration: Pre-registration or On-site. The deadline for pre-registration is June 1st, 2010.

Note: All presenters must be pre-registered by June 1, 2010.

 On-site registration

Procedure

1. Fill in the Registration Form at the registration desk.

• Individuals who apply for membership at the conference will be considered to be JSLS members.

2. Pay the on-site registration fee listed below.
(Student fee will be applied to those who present their student ID.)

On-site registration fee (including abstract-handbook)

Note

• The reception party is scheduled for the evening of Saturday, June 26th.
• Individuals who apply for membership on the first day of the conference will be considered to be JSLS members.
• On-site registration will not be accepted for presenters.

 Procedure

1. Fill in the "JSLS2010 Pre-registration Form "and register (send) it online. (by June 1st, 2010)

(We will automatically send you an initial confirmation notice by e-mail.)

1. Pay the pre-registration fee listed below. (by June 1st, 2010)

• Note: Until you pay the pre-registration fee, your registration will not be complete.
• Student fee rate will be applied to those who send a copy of their student ID. (by June 1st, 2010). If you have already paid the JSLS membership fee as a student by April 25th, 2010, you do not need send your student ID.

3. After we receive your pre-registration fee, we will send you a second confirmation notice by e-mail.

• If you do not receive a second confirmation notice prior to the conference, please send us a confirmation request via e-mail to

jsls2010-registration@cyber.sist.chukyo-u.ac.jp

with subject "Query."

(Note: if you send us your JSLS application form and pay your 2010 membership fee by June 1st, 2010, you are qualified to pre-register as a `Member’. You may send your 2010 membership fee (Member:$60, Student member:$30) and your pre-registration fee at the same time. )
