For Presenters

 NEW For paper presenters

• Each presentation room is equipped with a screen projector, a speaker, and a PC (with Power Point 2007 or 2010). It does not have a VCR or a OHP machine.
• If you are a Mac user, please bring your own computer and adopters necessary to use the projector.

 For poster presenters

• The size of the poster board at the conference site is: 178 cm width x 118 cm height.
• As long as your poster fits within the board, there is no restriction on the size.
• We do not have PC power outlets or internet access available for poster presentations.
• We will provide the thumb tacks to put up the posters.
