- 7月18日（土、1日目）は、できればビーコンプラザに来る前に昼食をお済ませください。ビーコンプラザ内には飲み物の自動販売機以外には飲食の施設はありません。
- ビーコンプラザの前の流川通り（富士見通りではない方）に「シェ・ママン」というカフェがあり、パスタやサンドイッチを食べることができます。徒歩5分の所です。また「いま清」という回転寿司の店も流川通りにあります。徒歩4分ほどです。
- 7月19日（日、2日目）には、国際会議場入り口脇で9時から10時までの間お弁当の食券を業者が販売します。11時半から同じ場所でお弁当を受け取れます。和食で1000円（緑茶のパック付き）です。
- On July 18 (Day 1), if possible, please finish lunch before coming to B-Con Plaza. There are some vending machines for soft drinks, but no coffee shops nor restaurants in B-Con Plaza.
- There is a coffee shop “Chez Maman” is on Nagaregawa Street (Not Fujimi St.). Nagaregawa St. is just in front of B-Con Plaza. It is about 5 minutes’ walk. You can eat pasta and sandwiches there. Sushi (Kaitensushi) restaurant “Imasei” is also on Nagaregawa Street. About 4 minutes’ walk.
- On July 19 (Day 2), you can buy a lunch box ticket between 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the entrance of the International Conference Room. You can pick up your lunch box from 11 :30 a.m. at the same place. It is Japanese food, 1000 yen with a pack of green tea.
