Presentation Guidelines

For poster presenters:

• The poster panel will be 120 cm (width) x 180 cm (height). Please make sure that your poster will fit on the poster panel.
• The posters require thumbtacks, not magnets. Thumbtacks will be provided in the poster session rooms.

For Oral presenters:

• If you are going to use PowerPoint for your presentation, we ask you to bring your laptop computer with you. Your computer should have a VGA connector to link it to the projector. If you don't have a laptop computer or if your computer is not equipped with a VGA, there will be a backup computer available for you.

• The handbook will be available at the conference. The audience can read your abstract in the handbook. However, if you want to prepare handouts, we suggest you to make 70 copies.
